THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between Franco Pablo Romano Losada, a sole proprietorship organized under the laws of Spain and operating as "Archi Visuals" (“Archi Visuals”) and the subscriber, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Subscriber”), concerning access to and use of Archi Visuals’ website: https://www.archivisuals.co/ (the “Website”) and the unlimited AI rendering services offered (the “Services”) on a subscription basis. Non-agreement or non-adherence to all of the terms, conditions, and obligations contained herein prohibits the Subscriber’s use of the Website and Services, and the Subscriber must discontinue use immediately. The relationship between Subscriber and Render AI Services shall cease except for any ongoing obligations owed by the Subscriber to Archi Visuals Services.

1. Services Description

Archi Visuals Services, operated by Franco Pablo Romano Losada, an autonomous individual under the laws of Spain, provides unlimited AI renders within a 12-hour period under a monthly subscription model. Subscribers can pause or cancel their subscription at any time. Services commence upon successful sign-up and payment.

Please note that the 12-hour rendering period is generally based on business days, which are Monday to Friday. While we strive to deliver renders promptly, variations may occur based on the complexity of the render and current demand. Your understanding is appreciated.

2. Subscription Terms

Subscription Details

• The subscription is billed on a monthly basis.
• Subscribers may pause or cancel their subscription at any time; however, the current month's subscription fee is non-refundable.
• Subscription reactivation is subject to the same terms and conditions at the time of reactivation.

Refund Policy

While we strive to ensure you're satisfied with our service, we don't provide money-back guarantees. We understand that each customer's experience is unique. 3. User Representations

By using the Website and subscribing to the Services, the Subscriber represents and warrants that:

• They have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
• They are not a minor in their jurisdiction of residence.
• They will use the Services and Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all AI renders produced by Archi Visuals are the intellectual property of Archi Visuals. Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the renders for personal or commercial purposes under the terms of the subscription.

5. Prohibited Activities

Subscribers are prohibited from:

• Reselling or redistributing renders without express written permission from Archi Visuals.
• Using the Services or Website for any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the Website or Services’ operation.

6. Privacy Policy

Use of the Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference.

7. Modifications and Interruptions

Archi Visuals Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or Website with or without notice. Archi Visuals Services will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use and the Services provided shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
